Orders Processing Time
In addition to force majeure, we will ship within 7 working days. If your product does not meet the conditions for delivery within 7 working days, you will receive our notification by email.
Shipping Fee
Free shipping for orders over USD 50. For orders below USD 50, we need to charge shipping fee, which is calculated by the logistics system.
Delivery Time
Our delivery time is 7-21 working days, delivery times can vary depending on the product you purchased, your location and the shipment method.

Change address:
Due to the fact that we ship products through our partners, in order to avoid damage or loss during multiple transfers, we generally do not support changing the address after the product is sent.
If you still want to change your address, please contact us first.
Please note that if we agree to do so, we can only modify your address once for you, and you will be fully or partially responsible for additional shipping costs, product damage, etc. (depending on the situation).
